Mango Passion Fruit Smoothie

A delicious mango passion fruit smoothie that serves as a fancy looking mocktail as well.

Ingredients

  • 4 passion fruits
  • 1 mango, diced
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 500ml water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ice to chill

Instructions

1. Slice the passion fruits in half. Keep 4 halves aside and scoop out the pulp of rest of the other 4 halves.

2. Add the mango, cucumber, passion fruit pulp, honey, lemon juice, ice and water to a blender.

3. Blend until smooth.

4. Pour over martini glasses and gently place a passion fruit on top.

5. Garnish with mint.

6. Serve immediately.
